With Energy offers a variety of payment methods. However, it should be noted that not all options are available on every development that we operate on. This can be due to limitations of the equipment on the site and/or instructions from the Heat Supplier.
Below is a list of all our payment types. You should consult your Welcome Pack to see which apply to your property.
Payment Options
Regular Payment: Monthly Variable
- This option is available for customers on Postpay accounts.
- The total amount for the bill will be taken every month within 1 week of the bill being issued.
- Monthly payments can be set up using BACS (payment taken within 5 working days) or a Debit/Credit card (payment taken the same day)
Monthly Payment: Fixed
- Available for customers on Credit or PAYG accounts.
- Monthly payments can be set up using BACS (payment taken within 5 working days) or a Debit/Credit card (payment taken the same day)
- If you are on PAYG, your monthly payment will be added as credit to your account and will reduce the balance you need to top up each month.
Credit/Debit Card
- Payments can be made using a credit/debit card anytime using the Customer Portal
- Payments can be made using a credit/debit card over the phone between 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
It is your responsibility to monitor your balance to ensure you have enough funds to maintain supply.
